Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c) - In the nap room, a small, covered light had been moved and was under a 'fort' made by one of the children recently, so the cord was accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(f) - There were no stickers or art work at children's eye level on the sliding glass door to prevent children from walking into or through it.
